The Vault
There are 2 ways to earn vault points...
Vault Points are not refundable. If you return an order, Vault points earned on that order will be deducted from your account. If the points are not available in your account, the dollar value corresponding to the used points will be deducted from your refund. Points expire 6 months after being earned, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please invite non-members only—behavior deemed not in-line with the spirit of the loyalty program will result in points and/or membership being revoked.
