An Important Note: Overnight on December 19th, we experienced a fire in the entrance of our New Jersey fulfillment center. We’re grateful to share that no one was injured, though parts of the building did sustain damage. With Christmas just days away, we immediately reached out to customers whose orders we believed might be impacted, so they would have as much time as possible to make alternate gift arrangements. Our team is urgently working to assess when the facility can reopen, and we will notify customers as soon as we have a clear update on when orders will ship.
