We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $75 ship for an $8 fee.

Expedited: 3–5 business days via USPS for $12
Rush: 2–3 business days via FedEx for $20

Orders placed after 1 PM EST with expedited or rush shipping will ship the next business day.

Yes! Orders shipping to PO Boxes are sent via our standard USPS service. If you have both a PO Box and a street address, please use your PO Box when selecting standard shipping.

We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses, though delivery may take a little longer (10+ business days).

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.

You can also view your tracking details anytime by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

During periods of high order volume, like promotions and holidays, tracking scans may take a little extra time to update. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to refresh.

We know holiday shopping can start early, so we’ve extended our return window to make things a little easier!

Any eligible unused and unworn merchandise purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 16, 2025 can be returned until January 15, 2026 for a full refund to your original form of payment. Returned packages must be postmarked by January 15, 2026 to qualify for a refund.

Orders placed after December 16, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return policy.

To confirm if your item qualifies, check the product page or your order confirmation email. All returns must include unused items with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that custom, made-to-order, and final sale items aren’t eligible for return.

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, select your reason, and choose whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and email updates at every step.

We currently only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

If you’d like a completely different item, choose store credit when starting your return—you’ll receive a code for the return value to use on a new purchase.

No need to worry! You don’t need your original invoice to make a return or exchange. All the information we need is included on your BaubleBar provided return shipping label.

You can track your return using the tracking number on your return shipping label.

Once your package arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been completed.
